This Birmingham Art Collective event was planned in a part of Birmingham due for some redevelopment. We picked one of the few restored buildings, Woodrow Hall to have an art show and draw people into the area. The show was a lot of fun, but I learned one important thing- event planning is not my forte.
That being said, I had tons of fun developing a poster for the show with a graphic designer friend of mine. He drew a very cool illustration, and I combined spray paint stencils and screen printing to finish it off.
